TWIN LAKES GOLD/SILVER MINE

We have a gold/silver mining property for sale or joint venture ,in the Twin Lakes Mining District near Lead-ville, CO. Total 678 acres of 35 mining claims. Contracted was Harrison Western Corp. to perform a mine evaluation or feasibility study in 1978-1979 (a 2" book report) which shows significant gold/silver reserves on 1/3 of total property.

In May of 2010 the evaluation report was updated by Harrison Western, Inc including a portion of the 2/3 of the property not in the original study. At today's gold and silver prices the reserve values are over $100Million. Blocks 1, 2, 3 and 4 of property has reserves = 867,186 oz Au and 1,010,975 oz Ag. Reserves consist of an average of 0.6484 gold and 1.66 silver. Production from 1892 to 1938 was 1374.6 dry tons which 2,089 oz of gold and 535.06 oz of silver were recovered. There is an assay report from the mine dump of 3.59 oz/ton gold and silver 1.60 oz/ton. Mine life is estimated at 15-20 years on the 678 acres.

The principal is open for joint venture or outright sale.

THE MONUMENTAL GOLD MINE

The monumental gold mine property is located on 165 acres in Del Norte County, California. It consists of 8 separate contiguous legal patents. The parcel is well treed, has abundant water and also easy access roads to and through the property. The monumental mine is an exhalative-type gold property and is a high quality gold prospect with the potential of 3 to 5 million tons of ore.

There is extensive documentation showing this mine had origins in the late 1800’s and early 1900’S. Back then, there was an entire community built around the mine. Originally the mine had a two hundred foot three compartment shaft. Eventually the mine closed due to poor management; but the historical notes show this to be a very rich mine. In the 1940’s there was some minor activity at the site and in the 1980’s a new owner again pursued exploration at the mine. At this time there were a series of core samplings done that showed the Monumental property to be a high-quality gold prospect with potential concentrations of economic gold mineralization.

Included in the information packet is a historical account of the early workings of the mine showing an abundance of ore; later reports from geologists affirming the potential values of the monumental mine property, mapping showing locations of the ore values, property maps, and some additional pictures of the property. The seller also has possession of the extensive core drillings done on the property in the 1980’s as well as the corresponding drilling logs.

As you read this information, you will be overwhelmed by the documentation of the potential tonnage and yield of ounces per ton of gold that are on this property. Note: We do not charge upfront fee or any fee at all to connect the Seller to Buyers. Our commission is paid to us by the principal (seller) alone, on the close of the deal.

1. Buyer or Buyer's Broker must provide Complete Company Information.

2. Proper Identification documents for the Principal Legal Buyer and the Authorized Real Estate Broker (if applicable) must be provided.

3. Other documentation as needed to validate the Buyer's position.
